Shane was excellent. The entire team was a 10 plus. They got me in and out in a timely manner. The finance department was very supportive and made the buying process very easy. My car that I traded was not worth the amount they gave me. The last thing I want to say is when I was 18 I had no money and was working three jobs. After looking everywhere for someone who would finance me . I met Bill Nemnich at a restaurant . (Tom and Betty’s ) I didn’t know anything about him except he worked for a car dealership. So I told him I needed a car. He said come by today when you get off work. So I walked over and although I had hardly anything needed to buy a car used or new. I walked out with a brand new 1978 cutlass supreme. I never forgot that true act of kindness. This will be the last car I purchase due to my age. But I think it’s important to let other people know that nemnich Chevrolet is still a family owned and operated business that you can trust . Thank you L.Peavy

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Service Department was extremely disappointing. I found one of the young ladies I dealt with to be very rude and disrespectful, and the overall experience was frustrating enough that I ultimately decided to take my son’s 2017 black Camaro to another Chevrolet location service department in Jacksonville, Florida for service. That should not have to happen, especially with a customer who has continued to support the dealership by purchasing multiple vehicles over the years. Nimnicht Chevrolet really needs to take a serious look at revamping its Service Department and improving the way customers are treated. The sales team can work hard to bring customers through the front door, but if the service experience is poor, you risk losing those customers when it is time for maintenance, repairs, or even their next vehicle purchase. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. I want to continue doing business with Nimnicht Chevrolet, but the Service Department needs significant improvement. Customers who spend their hard-earned money purchasing vehicles deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect from the sales department all the way through service. Again, Shane O’Brien deserves recognition for being an exceptional salesperson and providing the kind of experience that makes customers want to come back. My car that I traded was not worth the amount they gave me. The last thing I want to say is when I was 18 I had no money and was working three jobs. After looking everywhere for someone who would finance me . I met Bill Nemnich at a restaurant . (Tom and Betty’s ) I didn’t know anything about him except he worked for a car dealership. So I told him I needed a car. He said come by today when you get off work. So I walked over and although I had hardly anything needed to buy a car used or new. I walked out with a brand new 1978 cutlass supreme. I never forgot that true act of kindness. This will be the last car I purchase due to my age.
