Guito was very accommodating from the initial contact online when I enquired about our trade-in value to the final sale. We were ready to walk away because we loved the vehicle, but did not like the interior color. He suggested that the team could change the seat color as part of the deal and made the sale. We have already recommended friends and family to go see him!

I took my truck in for an oil change and had a CEL when I got it back. Long story short we had it towed back to the dealer. Its definitely a frustrating experience. I am giving 5 stars because the service manager in the truck shop (Dennis) is always on point. When I arrived he was ready for the truck and got me setup with another vehicle. considering the situation I left feeling comfortable that they would resolve my issue. The guys in the truck shop are a good group of guys. Please consider giving Dennis a raise. Thank you.

Bought a brand new 2026 Colorado Trail Boss from Nimnicht in March and it's been nothing but problems. Paint issues right off the bat, then a steering defect diagnosed in May that I was told was safe to drive while we waited 2 months for parts. Shafts got replaced twice and the same issue kept coming back. Truck's now been in the shop over 2 weeks for a 3rd attempt on the same problem, I had to wait days just to get a loaner, and half the time I had to call just to get an update on my own truck.

Extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Colorado with only 2 miles on it, and it now has approximately 4,000 miles. The truck has been in the service department three times for the same steering issue, including 17 days during this most recent visit.
The steering catches while turning and will not smoothly complete the turn. At times, it feels like it stops or locks, which is a serious safety concern. After three service visits, we still did not have a resolution.

Dennis in the truck shop was a big help. He got me in and out quick for a warranty part that I needed fix asap.
We brought our 2026 Chevrolet to the dealership for inspection after receiving a “critically low oil” warning, following instructions from Joan, the lead service advisor, and OnStar.
During our interaction, Joan raised her voice while we were discussing our concerns and dismissed our questions instead of providing clear explanations. We were initially told there would be no towing charge, but we were later charged $261 and then told the amount was $281. Management should review the basis for the charge, explain why the amount changed, and correct or refund the charge if it was not authorized or properly disclosed.

I arrived on time at 9:45, for my appt. After walking outside at 11:30 my car was still sitting in the drop-off. When I questioned them they said there was a mistake and they would take it back immediately. I walked out about 1;15 it was done but no one bothered to let me know. All that time and they didn't even bother to rotate the tires. I certainly hope my next visit goes better.
