Amazing I was definitely a difficult customer to deal with and they still help me navigate threw to find my dream truck and even help me get a better price then I could imagine also great popcorn and a kitchen was crazy never been to a dealership that literally had it all and the comfortable seats and just endless options was insane.

I dropped my truck off to get plugs and a transmission flush.I dropped it off the night before for an 8:30 am appointment and was told a service advisor would call me that evening. None did. I started trying to contact someone about 2pm the next afternoon. No luck. Finally the job was transferred to Aiden as the service advisor who took control and saved the experience. He explained the delay in service and did a bang up job! All it takes sometimes is communication!

I took my 2008 Tahoe to Nimnicht Chevrolet on Cassat Ave. for the airbag recall. I was greeted by the nicest service technician, who greeted me and was very friendly, explained why and what they would be doing, and reassured me how much safer replacing the recalled airbags would be for my family. I was told it would take three hours. Within two hours my technician came and told me they were done and had washed and vacuum my Tahoe.
