We brought our 2026 Chevrolet to the dealership for inspection after receiving a “critically low oil” warning, following instructions from Joan, the lead service advisor, and OnStar. During our interaction, Joan raised her voice while we were discussing our concerns and dismissed our questions instead of providing clear explanations. We were initially told there would be no towing charge, but we were later charged $261 and then told the amount was $281. Management should review the basis for the charge, explain why the amount changed, and correct or refund the charge if it was not authorized or properly disclosed. We were also told that the vehicle had been overfilled with oil. However, the diagnostic information provided to us did not appear to support that explanation, and we were later advised that the issue was not covered under warranty. Management should review the diagnostic findings, oil-level records, technician notes, and warranty determination, then provide a written explanation of the actual cause of the warning and the reason for denying warranty coverage. The dealership’s explanations regarding the towing charge, the oil level, the diagnosis, and warranty coverage were inconsistent. We are requesting that management investigate these discrepancies, review all service and diagnostic records, verify the towing charges, reassess the warranty determination, and address the manner in which our concerns were handled during the visit.

I arrived on time at 9:45, for my appt. After walking outside at 11:30 my car was still sitting in the drop-off. When I questioned them they said there was a mistake and they would take it back immediately. I walked out about 1;15 it was done but no one bothered to let me know. All that time and they didn't even bother to rotate the tires. I certainly hope my next visit goes better.
