It was my first time coming in for service. It was kind of difficult knowing where to park the car. The parking lot is not very organized. When I finally got to the right place, the service went fine. It took about an hour.

I had a set an appointment for service but needed to change the date and time. It was a simple process and my wait time gave me the chance to catch up on other tasks online. My car was serviced in a reasonable time and I got to enjoy the popcorn and coffee while I waited. My car had been vacuumed and washed when I received it. Great service and I love my 2026 Equinox. It gets great mileage as well. I am totally happy with Nimnicht and their service. We own 4 vehicles purchased through Nimnicht and are very satisfied with our vehicles and the professional way things are handled.
