I had a set an appointment for service but needed to change the date and time. It was a simple process and my wait time gave me the chance to catch up on other tasks online. My car was serviced in a reasonable time and I got to enjoy the popcorn and coffee while I waited. My car had been vacuumed and washed when I received it. Great service and I love my 2026 Equinox. It gets great mileage as well. I am totally happy with Nimnicht and their service. We own 4 vehicles purchased through Nimnicht and are very satisfied with our vehicles and the professional way things are handled.

The experience my husband Dan and I had today with Erie was absolutely fantastic! He was very energetic and knowledgeable with all the questions we had for him. Erie made our car buying day a very enjoyable and special one as today was my husbands birthday and he made sure it was recognized with a big green ribbon and a picture (which may of been of the norm) but even if it was or wasn’t, Erie made it seem that it was! So thank you again for that Erie! Also, Erie made the whole process very simple and as quick as possible. The person to help us with the second part of the process of paperwork and talking to the Manager to get us a second set of keys made at our convenience (within 30days) was awesome too! Everything went like clockwork, very smooth, and it was like a well oiled machine without any hiccups. We really appreciated all the efforts of everyone involved in this car transaction.
