They take the time to answer questions and make sure that you are happy with your purchase. They also follow up with you after the purchase to make sure you are still happy with you vehicle.

Mike Clayton is the best salesman I have ever bought a car from. Nimnicht was the 5th dealership we visited that day because I needed to find something my family would comfortably fit into. From the very start, Mike listened, offered advice, but was never pushy. We had casual conversations and because of that, I knew if I did need to buy a new car, it was going to be from him. When we got confirmation my car was totaled, I called Mike up to let him know, and he immediately went to work to find my car, the one I built online. I told him there were a few things I was willing to compromise on, but the color was absolutely not one of them. I had always wanted a blue car, plus I already named the car Mongo. When we arrived at the dealership that afternoon, he immediately greeted us and let us know he found Mongo. It was a dealer trade, but Mongo would be at the lot once they worked out the trade. Mongo arrived late one afternoon, and he was perfect. Mike wasn't in that day, but his manager Hans, and Guito helped finish the transaction and we were able to leave with my car that day. Great team at Nimnicht. Made the entire experience enjoyable.

Price was listed on the website. Everyone was friendly respectful and courteous. Very helpful, multiple test drives, and no pressure. Car purchases are always a long process, but it was fairly simple and they handled everything!
