Nimimcht Chevrolet in Jacksonville should be shaving themselves to like doctors and lawyers once they get a client they call you back only when they’re ready at their convenience last Monday. I had a service appointment at 7 AM at 12:30 in the afternoon. I have to go to the office and get an update. They never called and told me what was going on. They never told me when I got there at 7 AM. There was 14 vehicles ahead of me so I had to take my car and go home then I asked to get a shuttle ride home and they tell me they don’t try to Saint Augustine so I would have to Uber and pay $65. They’re disgusting with a bad mistake buying a vehicle from them $81,000 pick up. I have to wait for another. Call me to get it serviced I called again today and nobody ever called me back. They should be as shaded in themselves and believe you were made. If I don’t hear anything by Friday this Friday I will be calling corporate offer a Detroit and filing a complaint against them, they should be shaved them themselves. They’re like thieves and liars.
