I dropped my truck off to get plugs and a transmission flush.I dropped it off the night before for an 8:30 am appointment and was told a service advisor would call me that evening. None did. I started trying to contact someone about 2pm the next afternoon. No luck. Finally the job was transferred to Aiden as the service advisor who took control and saved the experience. He explained the delay in service and did a bang up job! All it takes sometimes is communication!

Easiest best experience I have ever had buying a car. Walter was very knowledgeable took time to set everything up with me as far as car play and all the tech stuff. Super friendly I would rate ten plus.
