I dealt with Howard Roberts at Nimnicht Chevrolet for more than one year in connection with the purchase of a Chevrolet Corvette. For more than one year, Mr. Roberts promised I was on Nimnicht’s Order Waitlist for the Corvette. He repeated assured me that my purchase would be at MSRP. After taking my deposit, ordering the car, and taking delivery of the car at the dealership, Mr. Roberts, with the support of General Sales Manager Scott Garman, demanded $10,000 above list. Mr. Roberts and Mr. Garman acknowledged Mr. Robert’s multiple repeated representations, over the course of more than one year, that I would not “pay a penny over list (or sticker),” but said that “circumstances had changed.” The changed circumstances they pointed to was that customers were now willing to pay over MSRP for the car. I took delivery of the car, agreeing to pay $10,000 over MSRP, but as an attorney and frequent xxxxxx litigant, I advised them at the time I would sue to recover my damages. Nimnicht Chevrole’s malfeasance in employing this deceptive sales practice is unfortunate, but will not go unremedied.

Extremely misinformed sales staff. The left hand does not communicate with the right hand. Misleading and uniformed of their current status of vehicle inventory. This information is vital to close a sale to a qualified customer. Jose, in the management department informed me of a corvette he had for sale. We agreed on a price and a time for me to look at it, upon the scheduled meeting the price went up $3000.00 USD when I left the dealership to drive the corvette. I attempted to call Jose and left messages, however he has avoided my inquiries or attempted to call me back. Very unprofessional.
