The used car that I came in looking for (and found several) became irrelevant: Mr Powell did not influence me to upgrade, I had to influence HIM! He was very professional and knowledgeable and took me around the entire site and made suggestions within my original price range and that's when I increased the total that I had set. And then I increased it again... He spent at least half of the day making sure that I was taking of and as you can see it resulted in a purchase of a Chevrolet Trax RS '25 which I love and my fiance, my neighbors, and my coworkers are really impressed.

However, the buyer must be aware that the price listed on the internet may not be the real price because of "dealership added accessories", that are not on the listing or the window sticker if the vehicle. Also, they use stock photos, so the vehicle that you are looking at on the website is probably not the actual vehicle. I see both of these practices as deceptive. However, Brent Cox, Internet Director at Nimnicht Chevrolet, disagrees and says this: "Ken, we do use stock photos for all of our new car inventory. We sell so many cars it's just no possible to keep up with so much inventory. As far as our accessories are concerned there is nothing deceptive and pretty common place. If you read the disclaimer on our website it does mention that there may be dealer installed accessories. We actually use statistics from our accessories department to determine what we install based on what our customers purchase the most. Also bait and switch is when you are sold a vehicle and replace it with a completely different less equipped vehicle. Nothing deceptive in any of our practices. Nimnicht has been in business since 1941. We wouldn't be a 7 time Dealer of the Year with Chevrolet and the number 1 Chevy store in Jacksonville if we didn't have the trust of our customers. Happy shopping. Please let me know if you reconsider." I checked the website for disclaimers, and sure enough: **Equipment listed is based on original vehicle build and subject to change. Please confirm the accuracy of the included equipment by calling the dealer prior to purchase.** So this gives the dealership a license to do whatever they want and waste your time.

Avoid this dealership. I originally was contacted by jazz who then said I would have to meet with his manager first. I told them upfront don’t want to go to the dealership unless I’m pre approved. I selected Hans from numerous sales personnel after reading their bios on the dealership website. I chose to communicate with him by email. There were no phone calls except for one from me on Friday afternoon, saying I was running late for our 2:00 pm appointment. The communication began on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon the sales was completed in person at the Nimnicht dealership. At the close of Thursday, we had agreed on a final price for the Equinox including awards, rebates, taxes, fees and a firm price for my trade. All this was done by email. From start to finish, Hans was the epitome of professionalism and answered all of my questions and concerns in a transparent matter. There were no games played with me and everything was straight forward. This is my third purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle from other dealers in the greater Jacksonville area and this by far was the best buying experience, because of the professionalism of Hans Ehrman. Where to begin? I am over the moon excited about this new 2024 Z06! Not only was having a brand new Corvette a life long dream, but picking one up at the National Corvette Museum has been a bucket list item for the last 20 years! Nimnicht Chevrolet moved heaven and earth to make these dreams a reality! Not only that, the entire Sales Team treated me like a VIP throughout the entire process! Like I was their only customer! I’ve purchased (29) cars since the age of 16 and my least favorite aspect has always been dealing with dealerships! Not in this case. Was told my trade was only worth $200.
Was told my trade was only worth $200. Later gave me $2000 for it but raised the price on the selling vehicle. Was not given what originally was told I would be given for trade. Dealer turned a round and listed my "only worth $200" vehicle for $8500. TRASH. Only went through with it cause my wife shed some tears on the approval. Salesman Mr Cook was honestly very genuine.

I just had my elderly mother leave this place where they lied to her and me over the phone as they walked us step by step through a loan, they never did, instead did their own, at a rate that they lied about, and gave a different vehicle vin with 7000 miles on it! Get this that was in an accident!!! Bait and switch! Valued 11000 less than what they charged. And surprise surprise they didn't want to inconvenience her by allowing her to go back home and get her financial information for the loan process so they did that without seeing it! Because they were worried if she left that spot their plan would be foiled. Charged brand new price and my mother had vin and picture printed of different vehicle, gave a different one though than what she wanted and gave us description 11miles advertised car and lied about miles on all the paperwork too. Apparently, we drove around the block and it equaled 7000+ miles getting home. All around corruption! I am just so angry that they tried to fast-talk and abuse an elderly woman! I am worried about our community safety! It's criminal. This is a criminal's haven. My mother is a certified buyer who wishes she had people with morals and standards representing this dealership. I hope that Camilo gets deported with the other criminals. After we got a news station involved surprise the manger suddenly was able to switch the vehicle and the miles listed on all paperwork 24 and on the vehicle 240 and the padding in the door missing! At least its not 11,000 $ less in value from an accident and they put it to a capital one one. Now if they actually pay off the trade as specified we are only out days of anguish pain and upset! If you are elderly or if you cannot deal with a sea of lies and just want an upfront dealer stay away! They got commission either way tell me what reason did they do this?

The sales experience with Miguel was great. He responded timely to every question I had and I’m completely happy with my new 2024 Suburban. However, I wish I could say the same for the finance area. It took several calls to get them to call for the validation code on the Navy Federal check I brought in (3 days later) and they still have not to deposit the check (3 days ago). I have called and left 5 messages for various people and have yet to hear back from anyone. I’m completely frustrated and extremely unhappy.

Super, Super in love!! Thank you so much Miguel and Karen being so patient with me. I’m probably the toughest cookie you’ve had but you were so kind and amazing every step of the way, this is one of the long-term and bigger investments for me and my family. Not only was I shopping for a vehicle but shopping for a dealership to create a long-term Partnership and I found just that and so much more. Miguel helped in my both my preferred language, Spanish, and English, which I prefer, the whole experience was great. What stood out to me about Miguel was that he was honest, kind, respectful and finds the solutions to your needs, and that to me was super important and what allowed me to continue shopping here while having various options elsewhere. I went in looking for a specific vehicle and I didn’t like that particular model since it was to small for me and was disappointed it’s not what I imagined, however I let Miguel know what I was needing and he showed me a 2024 Chevy Blazer 2LT vehicle that I am absolutely in love with and It’s meets all my needs.
