I just wanted to share with you my recent experience purchasing a used car a Nimnicht Chevrolet. I live in Tallahassee and had been looking for a sub compact used car for the last couple of months. I had recently visited a few local showrooms and had been searching for cars on the Internet. I found a car I liked on the Internet and the car was located at Nimnicht. I sent an e-mail to John Ferelli expressing my interest in the car and asked if he might be able to lower the price a bit (if so we'd have a deal). Mr Ferelli was prompt in his response and was able to lower the price and the deal was made. But that was just the beginning of what was a wonderful experience purchasing a car from your company. I had a preconceived notion there would be something left out of the price or there was going to be some change by the time I arrived to finish the transaction. Instead I was greeted warmly and there were no hidden costs. Mr Ferelli was very professional, he had all the paper work ready (there was no fumbling around looking for things or saying let me double check this or that). I can't remember the name of the financial gentleman that worked with me, but he too was very professional and easy to work with. I had a friend come with with me and she couldn't get over how well your staff and the process worked. Mr Ferelli mentioned he has worked at Nimnicht 26 years and the financial gentleman had work there 20 years. That speaks volumes about your company and your employees. When I look to buy another vehicle, your company will be first on my list to work with. It was really an amazing experience in contrast to those I've experienced in the past with other dealers.
